THERESA HONEYWELL KNIT MOTORCYCLE
These crazy knit creations by Theresa Honeywell can be seen at the Georgia Museum of Arts. I'm not sure how she did this, but it looks cool. I think this should be my next knitting project!
Implications - Once considered as a senior's activity, knitting has been taken up by young artists who have transcended this artistic medium. This style has created incredible works of various objects which is a step up from the traditional sweaters you're use to seeing as a product of this hobby. Knitting is making an entrance into the artistic world proving that despite its old-fashioned connotations, brands can always transform the old into something fresh and exciting.
