By making it possible to create targeted advertisements on billboards, OfferMoments promises to be the most "scary yet exciting" thing you've seen in marketing in a while.
Once a consumer downloads the app, they are able to get tailored notifications when walking by digital displays on the street or in-store. For instance, if you were to walk by a coffee shop with Bluetooth activated on your smartphone, using "OfferBeacons," OfferMoments alerts you that you're eligible to come in and try a new coffee at a discount—it will even call you out by name.
Now that many brands are looking to beacon technology to hyper-target marketing efforts to one rather than many, it's no surprise that OfferMoments was named the winner of the Venturefest in 2014 and is now a part of Virgin Startup.
