Today, Trend Hunter launched a new functionality we’re calling QUICK EDIT.  Basically, Quick Edit means that you can edit all of your newly posted and unpublished trends without loading a new page. 

The feature makes it super easy to make quick updates to your unpublished posts. 

Right now the feature can be loaded from the My Trends page, Community / Live Feed pages, your Trend Hunter Portfolio.

Next up, you’ll be able to RECOMMEND changes to any article, including articles already published and articles that aren’t even your own…

It works fine for me. Its not very practical for other than title change or maybe a word correction in myTrends, but in the profile it is actually spacious and convenient. And it loads pretty fast. Maybe you can try to give it more space in myTrend JG?

I just tried it again. Still nothing. Specifically, I am trying to remove the semicolon right on the first sentence of my Rihanna trend. I remove it and then hit update. Still there.

that semicolon can not be removed even in the normal editor. it is because of the & symbol before the B. You need to seperate it as R & B instead of R&B;, otherwise the HTML editor will add the colon

I think it's not a good idea to offer the comment in the community page. Someone who wants to comment on a trend should go inside the trend itself. But it would be nice if the comment inside the trend is added without having to load the page again.
