KFC's Kiln-Dried Pottery Packaging Supports Artisans in Costa Rica

One of the things that KFC is best known for is its red and white striped fried chicken buckets and with the Annexation Bucket promotion, there are entirely new QSR buckets being introduced for a good cause. It goes without saying that many industries have taken a hit over the last few years, especially those that rely on selling to tourists. Craftspeople and artisans are among this group and the Annexation Bucket promo features designs created by pottery artisans in the province of Guanacaste.

KFC’s latest buckets in Costa Rica represent a different location, they're unique, baked in a kiln and adorned with traditional Chorotega artwork. This special promotion from KFC coincides with Costa Rica's Guanacaste Day holiday and helps to support the Guaitil community.
