Just when you got all excited, I need to tell you that the human publically urinating for the Privy Council is actually a maniquen.  Still, impressive.  The campaign by Saatchi & Saatchi is an attempt to relieve the New York restroom shortage by taking the issue to the streets.  At the Privy Council site, residents are urged to contact city council reps to pass legislation for creating a network of public washrooms.
