To help communities instil solutions to problems pertaining to public service, the SeeClickFix offers a platform for crowdsourced discussion and issue-reporting that creates a direct connection between government officials and citizens. The service is offered through a mobile app that allows users to post on-going issues in their local community, in order to have the reports addressed and tackled as soon as possible.

The SeeClickFix app is designed to be used as mobile geotagging, allowing users to post pictures, identify areas and request service help for a variety of problems that need attention in an area. For example, the service can be used to identify a fallen tree, incorrect waste dumping or even roadkill so that the proper action can be taken to sort out the issue. Users can gauge the problem from 'mundane' to 'horrific' to denote how soon the issue should be addressed.
