It would be enough to say that the '359' is small yet ideally designed to be quite efficient, but the Portland house is designed to take the next step in being perfectly functional. Featuring a rotating design, the '359' is capable of following the sun throughout the day to help keep the home warm and provide natural light at all time during daylight hours.
Designed by Path Architecture, the '359' home is just 144-square feet and features two floors that it is spread out across. High ceilings help the tiny home to seem larger than it is, while the space is outfitted with ample space for living including a bathroom, kitchen and bedroom.
The '359' Portland house is an eco-friendlier option when it comes to living quarters in urban environments. As consumers continue to head into metropolitan areas, the need for smaller more efficient housing options will continue to become more apparent.
