This pop-up exhibit in New York City showcases 100 different individual kinds of french fries. On November 7th and 8th, a gallery in NoLita will be displaying a variety of fries from different acclaimed and iconic restaurants in New York. Each specimen is placed under a glass jar and arranged for visitor viewing.

Called 'Fries of New York, An Uncommon Exhibition,' the pop-up exhibit from Sir Kensington's includes all of ketchup's close friends, such as streak fries, the waffle, skinny, curly and classic. This includes exhibit #6 from The East Pole, a wedge fry. A map of participating fry donors is also available on Sir Kensington's website. Visitors are encouraged to share their favorite fry on social media as well.
