If you’re looking for padded underwear, there appears to be a wide range of options.  On Amazon, you can buy the Bitty Bum Padded Hipster Panty, Better Bottom Padded Panty and Silicon Buttock Enhancers.  Another site, Feel Foxy has a list of several dozen ‘buttock enhancers’ ranging from subtle lifts to 2” enhancers.
