If you don’t have the cash to buy a luxury vehicle, you could always make your own Lamborghini. Using the parts of scrap metal, glass and plastic from a junkyard, a group of designers from the Kyrgyz Republic were able to replicate the shape of a Lamborghini. The ‘Kyrgyz Lamborghini’ was created using the base of a 1982 Volvo and the wheels of a BMW X5.
The design took three months to construct and weld, but the results are beautiful. Meder Koilubaev is an artistic director at New Format and one of the designers that worked on this scrap metal Lamborghini. Koilubaev says that this could project could lead to "a new concept of custom one-of-a-kind cars made from spare parts."
