Architect Michael Katz and artist Janet Corne have created the L41 Home. Sizing up at only 220 square feet, this compact house is designed to provide access to a large range of people to be able to own homes. Corne and Katz are targeting a variety of groups including first-time buyers, students, the homeless, seniors, military, hotels, pied-à-terres and more.
