Some of the negative traits highlighted by the infographic include that pages can be "demanding" and difficult to maintain, which ties in directly to another trait that points out jut how "obnoxious" pages can be if they are overrun with spammers.

However, there are a ton of good things that can be said about Facebook pages too, including that they are extremely effective at facilitating communications between consumers and brands. Surprisingly, some of the highest response rates comes from airline, telecom and finance companies.
