Vogue and the Council of Fashion Designers of America announced the ten designers that will get financial aid and mentorship from some of the top names in the fashion world.
The nominees will be visited by the CFDA/Vogue fashion committee who will look at their current collection and do in depth interviews. Since there is $200,000 at stake for the winner, plus the prestige, no doubt there will be some late nights for these people.
This year's finalists are:
Albertus Quartus (Albertus Q. Swanepoel)
Juan Carlos Obando
Obedient Sons & Daughters (Swaim and Christina Hutson)
Organic (John Patrick)
Emerging Fashion Designers
