Scientists are actually using the Apple iPad as an animal computer communicator to communicate with dolphins, something they've long aspired to do.

Researcher Jack Kassewitz claims that the human brain just isn't fast enough to compete with these intelligent animals, which makes the iPad a perfect tool to communicate with dolphins. Kassewitz says the end goal in using the iPad is to "develop a system of symbols and sounds that correspond to objects and concepts for dolphins and humans to communicate."
