The boy named Falcon Heene will go down as being one of the most entertaining memes of 2009. Better known by his nickname Balloon Boy, Heene started off a Internet and media frenzy when it was reported that he had floated into the heavens via a homemade balloon. The balloon boy phenomenon was then born.
