Promoting workplace bonding can be a challenge for many companies, big or small. Yet there are a number of techniques that can be explored in order to better the environment to the benefit of both the employees and the company as a whole. While many managers and supervisors might focus on team-building activities such as corporate wine tours, culinary competitions and even improv sessions, other workplace bonding techniques include the office itself.

There are desks and other accessories designed specifically to improve workplace bonding. Whether that includes a whiteboard that is meant to establish collaborative brainstorming or workspaces that promote better and more convenient communication, there are plenty of ways to make the office a more cooperative area.
