Don't let the practical qualities of sustainability trick you into thinking that sustainable street lights must be functional forms short on art or design. As many of the examples here prove, sustainability can be beautiful!

Implications - As city planners and officials increasingly attempt to decrease the carbon footprint of their municipality, they're looking to green fixtures as a way to cut costs without sacrificing public services.
