As the creator of highly unsightly and seemingly pointless pants, one would like to ask the designer of the extremely unattractive ‘Winker’s Pants’, why?
A handpainted pair of eyes (or, conversely duck beaks, or clap-boards) on the rear of the pants give the appearance of blinking, or winking, when the wearer takes a step.
A single pair of pants can take the designer, seventy three year old William Jones, up to ten hours to complete.
