Steam cookers can be bulky and pricey, but this new product designed by Fred Studio can easily turn your pots into the perfect steaming contraptions. The quirky kitchen accessory replaces pot lids and "seals in the goodness" of your food.
The bright blue silicone lid, called the 'Steam Ship Steaming Lid,' will make your steaming experience a fun one. It features an appropriate adornment of a steam ship, which actually works as a steam releaser. The steam ship conquers tough waters through its chimney that releases the steam and by doing so, it prevents the contents in the pot from boiling over.
The steam ship lid is also made of heavy-duty silicone so that your ship won't wreck any time soon. It works ideally in the microwave and on the stove top.
