The Bang Bang Egg Steamer is Deliciously Cartoonish
The Bang Bang egg steamer was inspired by the sponges and corals found in the animated film 'Finding Nemo.' Definitely cute, I am struck with a sense of something cartoonish when I do look at this kitchen appliance.
Designed by Lo Chi Di, the Bang Bang egg steamer acts somewhat like a toaster, but for eggs. Simply add water, lower the eggs by pushing a lever and then wait for them to pop up when done. Although I've never really steamed eggs before, this contraption would make me reconsider it in an instant.
