24 Eclectic Adidas Ads

From Ebenezer Snoop to Nicki Minaj These Ad Campaigns Make Their Mark

Quirky, patriotic, humorous and intense describe the Adidas ads that have brought the iconic brand to the public over the last few years.

Adidas was founded in 1948 and is one of the world's leading lifestyle/athletic brands. In the late 1980s Adidas shell toes on the feet of Run DMC brought the brand to urban America. The brand's three solid stripes stand among the world's most recognized logos in fashion and athletics.

While Adidas has a long history as a dominant brand in the world of soccer, they've also made headway into basketball and the olympics. In 2012, they initiated the largest olympic newspaper campaign with Metro newspapers.

Just recently, Adidas ads included Snoop Dogg as Ebenezer Snoop in a short film that draws inspiration from Charles' Dickens 'A Christmas Carol.' It is these kinds of lifestyle-centric ads that make Adidas a dynamic brand.
