The furniture piece appears as a simple midcentury modern side table at first glance, but boasts a trunk-style construction to support the top being lifted to reveal a litter box within. This will hide the cat accessory in plain sight, while also ensuring it's easily accessible for regular cleaning.
The Zulo Mx Sandbox comes in four finish options including Tzalam, Walnut, Oak and Parota veneer, which are each paired with soft-close hinges for quiet access. Priced at $5,200, the furniture piece can be accessed by cats via a recessed hole in the side and has a series of strategically placed ventilation holes.
