Stylish Everyday Frames

Zenni Optical Introduced 'EcoBloomz' as a Sustainable Option

Zenni Optical introduced 'EcoBloomz,' a consciously crafted collection of everyday eyewear designed to align with modern sustainability standards while maintaining accessibility and style. As an online eyewear brand, Zenni developed this collection using responsibly sourced materials to reduce environmental impact and offer consumers an eco-friendly alternative.

The EcoBloomz collection features frames made from "bio-based acetate derived from renewable resources such as castor bean oil, wood pulp, and cotton," ensuring a balance between sustainability and visual appeal. Other models are "crafted from 85% recycled PET plastic, repurposing water bottles to help minimize landfill waste and reduce emissions; additional styles blend recycled stainless steel with bio-based acetate, providing both durability and comfort."

As part of its broader environmental commitment, Zenni Optical donates one percent of EcoBloomz proceeds to the Wyland Foundation, which supports global ocean and waterway conservation initiatives.
