The name of the refrigerator designed by Hee Young Lee comes from the Z shape that results from opening the fridge. Initially, the fridge looks like a normal cooling unit. However, upon opening it, a second door comes out and the fridge expands like an accordion.

Designed for culinary professionals, the fridge was built to hold the same amount of food as a double-door fridge. As a result, the fridge saves space in the kitchen where any extra space is greatly needed. In addition to its space advantages, the fridge also conserves energy through its air trapping design. Each layer of the fridge acts as a barrier for cold air to pass through.
