I always assumed that the reason the undead were rigid, stiff and overall barely responsive is because of a virus, or some person who decided to raise them from the dead off a satanic book; however, the Yoga Outreach ‘Zombies’ advert clears things up.

Like a writer stuck writing for hours, and a salary man crouched on his chair for endless hours at the office, all the undead really had to do was stretch out to wake up from their deadpan stupor. The Yoga Outreach ‘Zombies’ shows a horde of zombies running loose around a city. Three of them enter a building, and it turns out that after one session of stretching out, they’ve reverted to being human again. The message? Take a couple of yoga classes, and feel alive again.
