Just like last year's show, the Yeezy Season 2 New York Fashion Week launch did not come with a typical invitation.
Just two hours before the show, members of the press received vacuum-packed and long-sleeved Rothco brand army surplus tees, printed with the details of the Yeezy Season 2 show. The yellow lettering of the invitation stood out from and complemented the camo-patterned background of the t-shirts. The Rothco shirts can be purchased on Amazon for $10.99 each but the Yeezy Season 2 invites will no doubt be appearing on eBay at a much higher price point.
Yeezy Season 2 is the Spring/Summer 2016 release of Kanye West's Yeezy.Supply fashion project. Yeezy Season 1 was produced by Adidas but West intends to go in a different direction with Yeezy Season 2.
