Xteink X4 Pro is a front-lit pocket e-reader that builds on the compact design of the original X4 with an adjustable warm-to-cool front light for reading in low-light environments. The device retains its 4.3-inch, 220-PPI E-Ink display and physical page-turn buttons while adding touchscreen navigation for menu controls and reading functions. Measuring 5.95mm thick and weighing 72 grams, the e-reader remains highly portable despite the additional hardware. It also includes 16GB of storage with microSD expansion support and delivers up to 14 days of battery life on a single charge.
The updated model replaces the original's front navigation buttons with touchscreen controls and swaps the USB-C port for a proprietary magnetic pogo-pin charging connector. While maintaining the same compact footprint, the device introduces expanded functionality without altering its focus on distraction-free reading.
