Employers might find it interesting -- and maybe shocking -- that when Cisco interviewed college students and young professionals from around the world, more than half of them claimed that they would not accept a job from a company that banned social media. In order to attract the new generation, employers should prep themselves as over 1/3 of those surveyed prioritize social media freedom and device flexibility over salary.
The workforce demands sure are changing and social media, flexibility to work from home and rising device demands are now becoming a priority for many.
