Wood’d is the name of an Italian company that focuses on creating gorgeous accessories for smartphones, tablets and more out of, that's right, wood. Focusing specifically on artisan woodworking skills and techniques, Wood’d produces designs that meld the old with the new in a visually pleasing way. The studio manages to introduce a touch of the art culture in the tech industry.

Founded by brothers Stefano and Andrea Aschieri, Wood’d products are all manufactured in their family factory, which was originally created around toothpick production. Although the business expanded to include more items in the 80s, Wood'd brings a more modern diversity to the company. The brothers state, "We like wood because it’s a living material that never repeats itself. It ages, changes over time and bears the marks of all that it suffers."
