Triennale Milano Hosted the 5th AIAP Women in Design Award

Triennale Milano hosted the fifth edition of the AIAP Women in Design Award on November 10th, 2023. The ceremony marks the conclusion of the biennial international award for visual communication designers, focusing on diverse design approaches and the working conditions of women designers. The Women in Design Award Jury, consisting of major figures in global visual communication design, determined finalists and winners, with special categories including a Lifetime Achievement Award and a Career Award for Historic Achievement. Notably, this edition introduces the AWDA for Rights award, recognizing projects addressing social issues of rights and gender inequalities.

Triennale Milano, founded in 1923, serves as a hub for Italian design, architecture, and the arts, hosting exhibitions, shows, and workshops in the Palazzo dell’Arte, emphasizing the convergence of art, industry, and public discourse on culture and society.
