While the structure of the Wireframe 02 Table is quite fine, the space it occupies is remarkably great. But this appropriated area isn't due to the piece's solidity, and is rather a consequence of an exaggerated bare frame.

Apart from the beautiful timber tabletop, the voids beneath the furnishing are what give it its most distinguishing character. Segments of black tubular steel have been joined at right angles to construct hollow geometric masses suggesting substantiality of form.

The impression delivered references the rational abstraction of cubism with every inch of the style's creativity. The Wireframe 02 Table is, in fact, not just a single churned-out design, for the lhooq piece is made to order and developed bespoke for each client. This aspect means it could quite easily become a dining table, a sideboard or a coffee table.
