Ice Cream Wine Pairings

Friarwood and Scoop are Teaming Up for a Unique Wine Tasting Event

At the end of this month, London-based ice cream shop Scoop and boutique fine wine merchant Friarwood will be hosting a unique wine tasting event as part of Friawood's Discovery Tasting series.

The 'Ice-cream and Wine Pairing' event will match Friarwood's wines with Scoop Gelato's choice of homemade ice cream and sorbet.

As an alternative to exploring the ways that the flavors of wine may be enhanced with foods like chocolate or cheese, many consumers are looking to partake in highly memorable wine tasting events. Some brands are now exploring the pairing of alcohol with everything from sausages and jelly beans to cookies and store-bought candy bars, making wine culture much more accessible to those with a taste for adventure.
