Russell Westbrook's Why Not Zer0.2 Sneakers Highlight His Youth

Oklahoma City Thunder athlete Russell Westbrook recently worked in collaboration with Jordan Brand to introduce the new 'Why Not Zer0.2' sneakers. The joint footwear option is complete in a colorway entitled ' Future History' -- this is inspired by Westbrook's youth experiences. Specifically, the model highlights the progressive element of youth culture and how today's youth will ultimately become leaders in the future.

Notably, there are unique designs that represent bowling, which is one of the athlete's favorite activity -- this includes the "Why Not" emblem, a 'perfect strike' motif, the size tag on the outsole, and the quarter over the tongue. In terms of the exterior makeup, the shoes are adorned in multiple textures in the colors black, yellow, dark and light blue, orange, white, and red. It is rounded out with a TPU heel counter and a midfoot strap.
