Cross-Platform Mindfulness Initiatives

Whole Foods and Headspace Joined to Boost Moods This Spring

In time for the spring, Whole Foods and Headspace announced a joint initiative, which gives consumers more opportunities to invest in their well-being through lively recipes, exercise, and guided meditation sessions.

With many shifting routines in the face of the pandemic, the partnership between Whole Foods and Headspace gives consumers access to a variety of tools that they can use to get back on track and meet their wellness goals. As the two companies understand, mindful eating can be greatly helpful in this context as it tends to complement other mental and physical health goals.

Headspace Director of Meditation Eve Lewis spoke to the partnership, stating "Our goal at Headspace is to improve the health and happiness of the world, and we’re thrilled to work with Whole Foods Market to spark more inspiration and refresh our mindset around our daily routines and experiences with food.”
