Mindful Skincare Programs

Tatcha and Open Launched a Guided Program on World Mental Health Day

For World Mental Health Day 2025, Japanese beauty and skincare brand Tatcha and Open teamed up to launch a seven-class guided program within the Open app that bridges the divide between emotional well-being and radiant skin. The initiative, centered on making skincare rituals more mindful, incorporates breathwork and meditation to alleviate stress, inspire presence and cultivate a deeper self-love.

The Tatcha x Open program officially kicks off on October 10th, World Mental Health Day, and this partnership will continue with year-round initiatives, community events, sampling opportunities, and more.

This collaboration not only reflects Tatcha's guiding principle, hinou-dokon—meaning "skin-mind, same root" in Japanese—but also feeds into rising interests in psychodermatology, which explores the mind-skin connection.
