State-Of-The-Art Single-Serve Coffee Facilities

Westrock Coffee Inaugurated a Production Facility

Westrock Coffee has inaugurated a technologically advanced production facility in Conway, Arkansas. The venture significantly expands the company's capacity to manufacture single-serve coffee products amid growing global demand.

The 525,000-square-foot facility, which includes 130,000 square feet dedicated to manufacturing operations, represents Westrock Coffee's second major Arkansas-based expansion in twelve months. Equipped with cutting-edge automation, the plant is capable of producing millions of coffee pods daily while accommodating future product diversification beyond single-serve formats.

Westrock Coffee's strategic investment aligns with market projections forecasting the global coffee pods sector to grow from $35.3 billion to $71.2 billion by 2034, driven by consumer preference for convenient, premium coffee experiences. The development is expected to generate approximately 900 skilled positions across manufacturing, quality control, and logistics, providing substantial economic benefits to central Arkansas.
