Florida-Based 'Westland Mall' Adds the New 'Shop Now!' Feature

A Florida shopping centre is adding features that will allow mall retailers to increase customers through a digital shopping experience. The ‘Shop Now’ tool enables shoppers to search participating stores in Westland Mall for products. Simply search “red shoes” and an entire directory of available items from Westland Mall retailers will be displayed.

This function will aid shoppers in planning their shopping trips ahead of time, showcasing exactly what is in stock before they arrive to shop. The ‘Shop Now’ platform was created by real estate investment firm Centennial, in partnership with artificial intelligence and e-commerce company Adeptmind. Centennial has now added ‘Shop Now’ to each of its shopping centers nationwide.

Consumers can simply visit the Westland Mall website and either use the search bar or click ‘Shop Now’ from the navigation menu.
