One LDN Launched the Curve to "Harness Your Her-ness"

The Curve is a new wellness program that is "designed specifically for women around their menstrual cycle." Pegged as a "Female Body Transformation program," The Curve is the first of its kind available online and lasts an average of eight weeks. In order to meet the needs of every consumer—from fat loss to training and nutrition—the experience is fully personalized to be slightly longer or shorter, depending on one's natural cycle.

The nutritional portion of the wellness program is designed to fuel the training correctly depending on the time of the month, working to better support recovery and reduce unpleasant symptoms. In combination with fitness—which "will push you hard when your body is at its most capable—The Curve seeks to establish a perfect balance for sustainable weight loss and strength gain.
