BODi Has Announced a Significant Expansion of Its Wellness Platform

The BODi wellness platform has introduced several new products and integrated a previously standalone program into its core subscription service.

A central component of BODi's update is the full inclusion of Belle Vitale, a comprehensive 12-week regimen developed by fitness expert Autumn Calabrese into its wellness platform. This program focuses on hormonal health for women through a combination of fitness routines, nutritional guidance, and stress management techniques, supported by a separate line of proprietary supplements. Alongside this, the platform has launched Track Pilates, a new exercise program designed by Calabrese to replicate the benefits of studio Pilates equipment using an affordable, door-anchored home system. BODi has also expanded its Shakeology nutritional shake line with three additional vegan flavors that contain no added sugar.

Company leadership has framed these launches as a strategic shift away from purely aesthetic fitness goals and toward a more holistic emphasis on long-term health optimization and longevity.
