The Nike x ASOS RE:SET Lab Experience Helps to Beat Burnout

Nike and ASOS are teaming up for a restorative wellness experience in London called RE:SET Lab that will be set up as a feel-good space that's entirely dedicated to beating burnout. On-site, visitors will be able to partake in HIIT, yoga and meditation sessions, as well as bespoke workshops like terrarium building, the Erin Aniker Artist Workshop, The Ordinary Facial Masterclass or the Becca Make-Up Masterclass.

The Nike x ASOS RE:SET Lab experience, which will be running for a limited time at the end of February until the first of March, is designed to have people walking away feeling refreshed and inspired. As burnout impacts both physical and mental health, the creativity-sparking wellness experience touches on some of the ways that rest and recovery can feel productive.
