Weave Launches New 'Phone Reporting Analytics' Feature

To deliver insights and efficiencies for multi-location business practices, Weave, a leading customer communication and engagement platform, has introduced 'Phone Reporting Analytics.' The new feature intends to give officer administrators more monitoring control over their operations.

For example, using Phone Reporting Analytics users will be able to track crucial efficiency indicators like missed calls and the times of day that are busiest for phone calls by location. Other data points recorded by the feature include time to answer calls by office location and average call duration. Starting now, all Weave users may now access the new feature for free.
