WBCSD Targets a World-Wide Future of Social Change

Led by all CEOs, the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, also just known as WBCSD, melds business strategy with social and environmental change. They have sub groups in India and the USA but the council itself has a global outlook. Of course, when it comes to social change and environmental sustainability, solutions must always be international or transnational in outlook because certain things, like disease and pollution, don't have borders.

Some of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development's issues include food waste, energy and their methods often include talks, reports, conferences and editorial work. In mid-May of this year, the Guardian published a piece on their recent future-oriented report called Vision 2050.
