Waze's Route Plans Will Now Show Electric Vehicle Charger Locations

EV drivers now have another route-planning option thanks to Waze's addition of EV charger position data. EV drivers frequently utilize apps to locate chargers, such as PlugShare and A Better Trip Planner. With the new update, both Apple Maps and Google Maps now provide EV-routing options to help drivers recharge after a long series of trips.
Drivers may filter through charging stations using the new app function, allowing you to choose your EV type and the proper charging connector. To give the map the most accurate, complete information possible, Waze's community will examine and update the map data "in real-time."
Waze has stated that it will push out the EV data internationally "over the coming weeks," but it will actually start doing so immediately.
