Electrolux and Students Come Up with the Humitex Concept

Electrolux worked alongside students from the Umeå Institute of Design to create a solution for this and the collaborators came up with the concept for the HumiTex. Reportedly, the design "keeps unwanted humidity and smelling clothes at bay." It is minimalist and presented as a key appliance for the modern home. The wardrobe dehumidifier works to effectively circulate air inside the closet while keeping an optimal balance to avoid "unwanted developments."

The HumiTex has a very slick and slim design so it can be effortlessly installed in closets without taking up too much space. It is approximately the size of a good, bulky suit hanging from the rod.
