Regan Matthews is an Australian musician of many talents that's better known by his stage name Ta-ku, with his work now appearing on a special VSCO photography series that promotes his poetic imagery and the impressive range of the editing app.
The artist takes all of the photos himself and adjusts each with the collaborative 'Ta-ku x VSCO preset.' Ta-ku introduces the VSCO photography series by saying "Ever since I was a child. I struggled with identifying color. At times it would be embarrassing. Other times it would be fascinating."
He continues to explain that this was something that always made him feel insecure, causing him to limit himself in his graphic design studies, however was nonetheless a necessary step in his journey. He notes that the collaborative preset is "dedicated to all those who are never scared to try something new – regardless of how inferior we may feel.”
