Content Creator-Empoweriing Initiatives

Bybit, Tether, and Ceylon Cash Launch Voices of the Island

A collaborative initiative dubbed 'Voices of the Island' has been launched in Sri Lanka by the cryptocurrency exchange Bybit, in partnership with the digital asset firm Tether and the local entity Ceylon Cash.

This program is structured as a content creation competition designed to encourage Sri Lankan participants to generate and share original social media content. The core thematic focus of the submissions is to illustrate the practical, everyday applications of digital assets, specifically highlighting the use of Tether's USDT stablecoin and the Bybit Card payment solution within daily life.

The 'Voices of the Island' competition offers a substantial incentive structure, with a total prize pool exceeding 1.5 million Sri Lankan Rupees distributed across three categories — ne for content quality, another for general participation, and a third for creators who successfully drive new user sign-ups.
