The Vogue Italia China Issue celebrates the Asian nation's influence on fashion and pop culture. Its cover star is model Xiao Wen Ju who channels Old Hollywood icon Marilyn Monroe, as depicted by pop artist Andy Warhol.
Xiao Wen is lensed by legendary fashion photographer Steven Klein and is outfitted by wardrobe stylist Patti Wilson. This chromatic cover shoot embodies an iconic and memorable air and borrows its visual theme from one of the most recognized modern art images of our time.
In addition to its pop art themed cover, the Vogue Italia China Issue also features three other collector's covers that are more subtle in their aesthetic. Overall, the issue is set to sell out among fashion fans with an appreciation for artful editorial photography and a Chinese style aesthetic.
