Scholastic Recounts the First Thanksgiving With Educational Videos

Scholastic's virtual Thanksgiving tour includes four educational videos that teach kids about the first-ever autumnal celebration. The videos include a tour of the famous Mayflower -- a clip that invites viewers on board the ship -- as well as tours of Pilgrim Village and the Wampanoag Homesite. The kid-focused website also lets visitors learn about life on the Plimoth Plantation and even features interviews with actors who channel Native Americans and pilgrim immigrants.

Each of Scholastic's virtual Thanksgiving videos spans 20 minutes in length and is both educational and interactive for kids. Scholastic's Plimoth Plantation tour also features answers to questions that were sent in by young students and will educate kids about their history in a fun and engaging way.
