The Vipp V2 Kitchen Blends Oak with Stainless Steel and Aluminium

The Vipp V2 Kitchen is a freestanding modular kitchen system that combines oak veneer cabinetry with stainless steel and aluminium construction. Developed by Danish brand Vipp, the design introduces wood into the company’s traditionally industrial material palette, which has historically focused on powder-coated steel and extruded aluminium. The system features a slender steel frame set on narrow legs and topped with a stainless steel countertop, creating a structure intended to be viewed from multiple angles within open-plan interiors.

Cabinet fronts are available in either vertically extruded aluminium or oak veneer, offering two contrasting visual expressions. The aluminium version features repeating vertical lines and push-click openings, while the oak fronts include rounded profiles with reeded detailing that function as integrated grips. Two material palettes are offered, pairing natural anodised aluminium with light oak veneer or combining dark anodised aluminium with dark oak veneer.
