Viceroy Los Cabos is a beachfront resort designed by Mexican architect Miguel Ángel Aragonés on the shores of the Sea of Cortez. The property is organized around a large reflecting pool that flows between the resort's buildings, creating the impression that many of the structures are floating above the water. Elevated walkways connect guestrooms, restaurants, lounges, and wellness spaces across the site, guiding visitors through a sequence of bridges, courtyards, and open-air passages. The resort contains 198 accommodations, many positioned with floor-to-ceiling glazing and views toward either the sea or the surrounding water features.
The architecture combines white concrete forms, geometric volumes, and expansive water surfaces with minimal visual ornamentation.
